Bodies Premium Fitness

Bodie's Premium Fitness is specialised on Power Plate full-body workouts, group classes and personal training. The gym also offers altitude training. You can choose if you want to be active and get on a treadmill or be passive and have a relaxing lie-down.

Bodie's Premium Fitness also offers a very unique workout: Exercise on Switzerland's first "Ninja Warrior Course".

Ninjas were the legendary elite warriors of ancient China who are said to have had almost supernatural abilities, physical strength and body control.  A ninja needed to be able to instantly cope with every conceivable situation, both physically and mentally. On the challenging and varied Ninja Warrior Course at Bodie's Premium Fitness you need to overcome a host of different obstacles. You will require strength, courage, stamina, quickness and dexterity in equal measure and all at one time. It's not about daring and taking great risks. It's much more about having complete control over your body and overcoming your own limits. You will be facing the following challenges: Climbing, jumping, balancing, scaling horizontal and vertical walls, increasing forward momentum through push-off technique, agility, dexterity, strategy, swinging and strength training.

The facility is well suited for group events and many other kinds of training sessions. On the challenging, varied course you will be asked to overcome a host of different obstacles.
