Did you know that Chur was once the largest winegrowing community in Graubünden? On a varied tour from the Episcopal Court to the Torculum Wine Museum, you will learn all kinds of interesting facts about the more than 2000 year old wine history of this Alpine City.
After you have learned about the Romans, typical local grape varieties and wobblers, you can delve even deeper into the cultural wine heritage of Graubünden and its capital with the help of descriptive exhibits and a film documentary in the Wine Museum. Finally, there will be a wine tasting with 3 local wines, accompanied by fine Grisons snacks.
From wine culture to culinary delights - after a short walk back to the old town, enjoy a typical Grisons speciality menu. You have the choice between the restaurant in the historic «Romantik Hotel Stern», the historic «Zunfthaus zur Rebleuten» and the listed restaurant «Drei Könige».
