Dreibündenstein Snowshoe Arena

Pure pleasure in snowy landscapes. Enchanting views and cosy mountain restaurants along the way. In the immediate vicinity of the Alpine City there are great opportunities for snowshoe and winter hikers. The Dreibündenstein Snowshoe Arena can be reached directly from the city with the Chur-Brambrüesch Cableways. Thanks to public transport, rewarding circular hikes can easily be made as day trips.

  • Winter hiking at Brambrüesch

    At Chur's local mountain, two great winter hikes await you with the Edelweiss tour and the scenic hike from Brambrüesch to the Känzel mid-station.

    The circular hike around the Tgom' Aulta hill in the Feldis winter sports area offers magnificent views of the Chur Rhine Valley and the Grisons mountains.

  • Heidi & Gigi trail (Arosa-Lenzerheide)

    A worthwhile day trip: From Chur with the Rhaetian Railway to Arosa and on the Heidi & Gigi trail, supported by mountain railways, over to Lenzerheide. Take the post bus back to Chur.

  • Tschiertschen - Jochalp - Parpan

    You can get to Tschiertschen comfortably by post bus. The ascent to the Joch is rewarded with great views at the cosy mountain restaurant. The descent leads gently to Parpan, from where the post bus returns.

  • Toboggan run Pradaschier

    Switzerland's longest toboggan run runs from the Pradaschier mountain station over 3.1 km, 480 metres in altitude and 31 bends to the valley station in Churwalden. The toboggan run is open all year round.

  • Sledge run Brambrüesch - Känzeli

    The sledge run starts directly at the Brambrüesch mountain station at 1600 m above sea level. The 5 km long sledge run to the Känzeli middle station offers fast straight lines, sweeping curves and lots of fun.

  • Sledge runs Mutta – Feldis

    In Feldis there are two sledge runs, both starting at the Mutta mountain station and ending in Feldis. They are 4.5 and 5 km long and the descent is 480 meters in altitude.
