Climbing event with a typcial Grisons dish

The first step is a climbing or bouldering event. Climbing equipment is provided.  

Climbing
Have fun together, have a good time, exercise and get to know an exciting sport at the same time - a climbing event for groups, clubs, teams and companies offers all of this. Playfully practise your first climbing exercises just a few centimetres above the ground and gain an initial insight into the world of climbing. Afterwards, you can climb and belay on the walls under supervision. This programme is not an educational course. Safety is always the top priority. 

Bouldering
Bouldering means climbing without a rope, but at a low height (up to 4 metres) and secured by high jump mats. The playful element and the joy of movement are central to bouldering. The course leader coaches you in technique and pays attention to safety. The climbing centre has both an indoor and outdoor bouldering area, making group events a complete success whatever the weather.

Climbing/bouldering
A combination of both. Depending on the size of the group, two groups are formed. Climbing and bouldering are combined and the groups change after approx. 1 hour.

Management / Duration
The climbing/bouldering event is led by licensed instructors. An event usually lasts two hours. The pace is adapted to the group so that everyone has a positive experience. 1 instructor can supervise a maximum of 12 participants.

Grisons menu
After the sporting activity, you can treat yourself to a Graubünden menu in a restaurant. There are various traditional Chur restaurants to choose from.
