A Vinyasa - Energy & Flow class in the field of tension between form and color.

Let's start the day together with an energizing Vinyasa Flow, surrounded by art and in the field of tension between color and form.

Experienced yoga teacher Sandra Hohl will lead the class. Beginners and advanced students are welcome.

Bring your own: If you have your own mat, please bring it. If not, please mention it when you register.

Showers and changing rooms are not available.
