Between Desire and Mood – Motivating Young People in Leisure Time and Church

Open work with young people and in the church always presents us with new challenges – especially when it comes to promoting their motivation in the long term. How can we awaken youthful enthusiasm that does not only last in the short term, but has a lasting effect?

The online input explores the question of how the potential of "Lust und Laune" can be used in a targeted manner to inspire and motivate young people.

Speakers and experts from the home sector, open child and youth work and church youth work will take part in the online input. The different perspectives complement one's own professional field and offer practical approaches to attract young people to active participation in leisure and church contexts.
