Big Words – Swiss Literature Prizes in Chur

Moderated by literary expert and podcaster Esther Schneider, Swiss literature prize winners will read at the Chur City Library.
The Aargau author Klaus Merz (*1945) lives as a freelance writer in Unterkulm, Aargau. His works have been translated and awarded many times; In 2024, he received the Swiss Grand Prix for Literature for his extensive literary work. Most recently, his edition of his works was published in 7 volumes (ed. Markus Bundi).
As part of the "Big Words" literary series, Klaus Merz reads selected texts from his work. The evening will be musically accompanied by the harpist Linda Vogel.
A fine aperitif of the Cucina Via Paradiso with antipasti misti and dolci round off the evening.
