Description
The challenging hike starts in the small mountain village of Trin Digg and leads via Ransun down into the Rhine Gorge to the Versam/Safien train station. From the station, the trail leads uphill to the Islabord viewing platform, where you can enjoy a beautiful view over the Rhine Gorge. From Islabord the trail leads via Versam village to the viewing platforms Spitg and Zault back to Trin Station. Crossing the spectacular Hägebrücke bridge, you will experience a breathtaking view of the Rhine. After about 45 minutes you return to the starting point Trin Digg.
While at higher altitudes there is at best already snow, the trails in the valley are still free of snow. Our interactive snow depth map helps you to plan your tour. Here you can see at a glance at www.flims.com/schneesituation where you can already expect snow on the paths and trails and where you can still be on the road without getting cold feet.
Geheimtipp
Pack barbecues - there are various barbecue areas that are wonderfully located on the Rhine.
